For the 2024-25 school year, our site based leadership team will consist of the 4 following representatives: 

• K-2
• 3-5
• SpEd/Specialists
• At-large

Responsibilities for this upcoming school year include the following: 

• Engage with current educational practices to enhance instructional practices in the school
• Present updates and professional development to peers at staff meetings or district in services
• Communicate with site and district team members as needed
• Serve as a feedback loop between NPAS and each school based on the districtwide leadership plan.
• Co-create a new NPAS Staff Leadership Team structure
• Create Norms & Agreements for Site Based Leadership Teams
• Co-create format for monthly leadership team agendas

Leadership team members will be compensated $1350 for their participation in Site Based Leadership Teams during the 2024-25 school year. Qualifications for participation include the following: 

• Certified staff member in NPAS
• Ability to attend most leadership team meetings during the 24-25 school year, including Fall Leadership Meeting on Wednesday, August 7th at 11:30 am in the CEC Board Room.
